People are drawn to neighborhoods that are not only friendly, but also vibrant and community oriented. They're searching for places that offer both amazing amenities and a lively social scene. I'm excited to introduce you to a unique master-planned community that embodies all of this and more. I'm Alejandra Paladino, and this is the American Dream.
Today we are at Eastmark which is an incredible community located in East Mesa. Often described as having a small-town feel within a larger city. This unique community has been thoughtfully designed with miles of walking paths connected by beautiful spaces, including The Great Park.
This 96 acre park is a central gathering place for the community, featuring a splash pad perfect for those hot days, there's a lake, there's open fields for picnics, sports, and an event pavilion that serves as a hub for concerts, classes, and other activities. The Great Park is where the community hosts events such as movie nights and food truck festivals.
CLIMB, CRAWL & IMAGINE AT THE ORANGE MONSTER. This unique climbing park offers kids the ultimate urban playground. Providing them unique ways to play, climb and have fun.
If you play disc golf you're in luck as there's an 18 hole disc golf course, called The Disco. It has been designed to be all levels course and has beautiful terrain, lighted walking paths, and 10 exercise stations.
If you or your kids are into skate boarding there's The Deck, a 3.4-acre skate park, so plenty of space to perfect your moves on! Plus, you can bring an audience as they can comfortably watch from the shaded seating and open field turf.
I just love how this entire community has been designed. There's a variety of home builders here all offering , therefore all the homes are not the same style which gives a nice variety in designs. The homes range in price from $450k - $1.5 million.
Each neighborhood within Eastmark have their own parks, which is why there are over 75 neighborhood parks in Eastmark. Each reflects a name that celebrates science and innovation. And each offers something unique to the surrounding homes.
Now we are at The Mark. It's a resident only community center.
It's such a fun place to come and play some games with friends and others that live in the neighborhood. I love this retrofitted bus with booth style seating and full of board games, books and puzzles. Outside the bus, you’ll find a giant Scrabble wall, shuffle board, Skee Ball, Foos Ball, pool tables, basketball games, and retro arcade games.
Right outside the Mark is the Community Pool. This pool feels like a private resort. And for the little ones, there’s a smaller toddler pool. Make a day of it and grill up some food to share under the shade sails.
Handlebar Diner is a charming farm-to-table spot run by a chef, located right next to the Community Center. This neighborhood gem, housed in a retro, candy-striped diner, offers a nostalgic vibe. You can enjoy a root beer float at the counter or relax with a cocktail on the large front patio, watching the kids play in the park. The menu features delicious options for lunch and dinner.
Location: Steadfast Farm Store
Now we're at the Steadfast Farm Store. They sell produce, flowers and eggs from the Farm that's located here at Eastmark. And make sure you get some coffee as it’s absolutely delicious.
This unique 2-acre farm focuses on organic farming to produce more food on less land, enhancing the long-term health of the soil. What's remarkable is they use minimal water. The farm cultivates a variety of fruits, vegetables, and flowers using sustainable organic methods.
Whether you're looking for a friendly community atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, or a place to enjoy an active lifestyle, Eastmark seems to offer something for everyone.
I hope you enjoyed learning about living in Eastmark and what makes the community so unique.
