The community I'm sharing with you today is called Jordy Farms it's by Shea Homes the home builder the location is incredible it's located at Ellsworth and Germaine Road. The community is going to have a swimming pool Parks walking paths Jordy Farms has two different collections of homes. The one I'm sharing with you today is called the Acclaim collection so what makes this one unique is that they're only two-story homes. So if you're looking for a one store this collection is not for you you'll like the Accent collection which I will be sharing in another video. This community is in an amazing location if we look at the map we see that it's at the North End of Queen Creek so you don't have to be further south and then fight through traffic to get to the 24 which is your quick access to get to the freeway so if you work somewhere else and have the commute this would be great because you have closer freeway access and then they're building a brand new Costco that opens in January it's going to be literally right down the street probably five minute drive plus tons of shopping and restaurants are all nearby plus new ones are coming right by the Costco so this location is definitely one of the Prime ones in Queen Creek. These two-story homes of Acclaim are going to range depending on the floor plan that you pick between 1900 square feet to around 27 100 square feet there's four different floor plans available so you get to pick the floor plan that'll be better for you the homes are gorgeous they've been designed in a way that have open concept Living Spaces the kitchen islands are some of the biggest kitchen islands I have ever seen it just helps the home flow and feel very spacious stainless steel appliances are going to come standard in granite countertops these are such beautiful homes such a great value for the price. (Exterior A: Spanish) (Exterior B: Adobe Ranch) (Exterior C: Craftsman) I can't wait to show you one the house I'm showing you today taking you on a tour is called plan 3524 it's a five bedroom house three bathrooms and a two-car garage but enough talking about it why don't we go check it out. (Kitchen) (Living Room) (Living Room & Dining Area) (Bedroom) That house was so beautiful those high ceilings, just the flow of the house how spacious it feels it's a great house now.
